At the Ruinen Swimming Pool, you can take part in a variety of activities.
Water aerobics
For anyone who wants to get in shape in a fun way through water exercises. All exercises are performed to music.
Wobble board / boot camp
A low-impact strength and conditioning workout in the water. The session includes a variety of exercises that challenge you to find and maintain your balance.

Mermaid swimming
Learn to swim like a mermaid and earn your mermaid certificate! To participate, you must have completed Levels A and B.

Swim Training
For anyone who wants to improve their fitness in the water and master the techniques of the front crawl and breaststroke, among others.
Aqua jogging in the wellness pool
Stay in shape by exercising to music in the wellness pool, where you can stand anywhere.
Activity Pass
You can participate in activities with an activity pass. You can request an activity viawww.zwembadruinen.nl/activiteiten. An activity pass costs €45 and can be ordered through your subscription in your account. This fee is in addition to the subscription fee.

All activities will take place provided there are enough registrations. During the summer vacation, activities will take place provided there is sufficient interest.
Please note! If activities are taking place in the pool, part of the deep end may be cordoned off for this purpose, or the wellness pool may be closed for half an hour for recreational/lane swimming.
